Cumbernauld Amateur Athletics Club along with its satellite club, the Condorrat Cougars, have served the area for a number of years providing multi-event coaching for athletes from the ages of 9 and above.

Both clubs compete in various events throughout the year including indoor, outdoor and cross country competitions.
