This Saturday see’s Cumbernauld host the National Cross Country Relay Championships in the grounds of Cumbernauld House.
This year there has been a fantastic response by Club Athletes, with the following signed up for the event:

Meeting Up Arrangements
Can I please ask all Athletes to meet at the Club Tent no later than the following times:
Young Females: 11.00
Young Males: 11.30
Senior: 12.15
Senior Men: 13.30
If anyone can no longer attend, can you please either let Frankie know at the Club on Thursday or Stephen at Stephen.wallace16@googlemail.com
Help Putting the Course Out
Over the past years both Donald and Archie have been grateful for all the support and help from those at the Club to help put the course out!.
With this year being that bit difficult with the Club being split between the Nationald XC Relays and the Scottish Athletics Indoor League, where both events are unfortunately taking place on the same day, anyone help on Saturday morning to put the course out will be greatly appreciated and will be rewarded with a bacon roll and a great cup of tea or coffee 🙂
Helpers will be meeting at Cumbernuald House at 08.00.
