It all starts with the West District Relay CC Relay Championships on Sunday 11th October in Hamilton, followed closely by the National Relay CC Championships on Saturday 24th October in Cumbernauld 🙂
For those who are new to Relay Cross Country races, each Junior Team comprises of an U13, U15 and an U17 and all run 2.5KM and a Senior Team comprises of 4 Athletes who run that wee bit further 4KM because they are bigger 😉
Last year we had a good number of Club Athletes from all the groups participating at these two events and would be great if we could repeat that.
There is a Form with all the information that can be picked up with Rona on a Club Night if your interested and an electronic version can be found here.
To help us meet the closing dates for these competitions, all those who are interested can you please hand your completed forms and entry fees into Rona by Thursday 24th September.
