those that are not aware, the Track that is now at Grangemouth Stadium is the Mondo Track that was used at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow last year 🙂

As it is a different surface from the old one there are new rules in place to ensure that care is taken to protect it and Grangemouth Stadium have issued the following guidelines that we as Athletes, Coaches and Parents need to follow:
